Like I said, there are many advantages. The landlord tries to be helpful, but sometimes I like to eat my breakfast in peace. The room is a good size for the price. It is only 3 blocks form the Delta Metro stop. The beds are comfortable and we had the use of the rear balcony looking out on the garden. The room was clean as well as the bathroom.
