Horrible hotel, horrible staff

Upon arrival to the hotel from the airport, there was no one attending the front desk, there were two couples ahead of us who were waiting to check in, and no one assisting them. I set my suitcase down rather loudly, and heard "Oh fuck, I suppose we have to cater to these idiots". That was enough to set me off, but I held back.
