The minuses: I reserved a room with a small bed for my child. When we arrived at night the bed was not in the room. I asked the concierge for a bed and he brought us a cot in terrible condition. The matress was eaten at by rats in the hotel. I slept on the ground all night. Your hotel is seedy.   Read more »
