Very pleasant stay at the hotel Jacaranda

We spent a beautiful week here and we do not understand the excessive criticism of some travellers. The reception staff, the restaurant, the rooms were very helpful and did their best to satisfy customers. The tiled rooms are spacious and well soundproofed own bedding and towels changed daily. We stayed there twice. We had a pleasant stay, nice environment, friendly and polite staff, the rooms were clean but the quality of the hotel has fallen sharply since it became Sentido especially in terms of food. Cool kitchen, quiet and very well kept hotel, very nice staff, the animations are varied and for everyone. However, we advise against the pool which is invaded by crocodiles, dolphins and other plastic toys, but this did not trouble us because beaches are within a ten minute walk.
