Just back from an 18 night stay at the Jalsa Beach hotel, travelling with Mercury Direct on all inclusive and what a gem of a place it proved to be. It is small, 60 rooms, superbly located on the edge of a shallow lagoon in a quiet area of the island.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Good sea views and sizable rooms. The pool area is very nicely laid out and much enjoyed the service and relaxing environment there.
There is only one choice of restaurant but there an alternative available at the pool area by means of a grill kitchen.
The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained by the valet staff.

We picked to stay at Jalsa beach from a lot of hotels and never have I stayed anywhere with such caring staff. The location was beautiful and peaceful.
We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to go back! The rooms were extremely clean and had the biggest balcony with great views of the lagoon.
