We absolutely loved the island; the people and the hotel.
The hotel is not totally top of the range and people should not go there expecting the best food and wines. However, it is wonderfully located, totally delightful and the welcome very warm with a stunning view of the sea from the pool area.   Read more »

Location & my private bungalow on the beach were perfect. However, too many rocks in the sea for safe swimming as the water although in a beautiful shade of turquoise were cloudy making it impossible to see where all the rocks were. Excellent location, beaches and diving. Friendly staff.
Resort maintenance needs to be addressed, including tennis court & equipment, snorkeling equipment and building maintenance (broken railings, in need of painting)...   Read more »

Personally we found what we had imagine. A great hotel, friendly staff, good location. Nothing to do outside but there's not a problem.
Just one thing: reception close at night and for any kind of problem there's anyone in the hotel. Not so good.   Read more »

The reception and services were adequate. Food quality was poor, specially fruits were of low quality and fresh juices were non-existent. TV was only of local programs. We missed the Australian open !

Overall good but things can always be improved. For example, I am a smoker. I do understand that in restaurants you should not smoke (and I agree with it). However, it would be nice if ashtrays would be placed on outside tables, so I would not always have to ask a waiter to bring one. I stayed 11 days at Cotton Bay. I found all of the staff caring, considerate, friendly, affable and helpful. The food was excellent. In my opinion the Chefs are top class.
