Other reviews said that rooms in Hong Kong are usually rather small. Therefore we booked a deluxe room and found it great. The staff were numerous and very friendly, nothing was too much for them. We tried the hotel breakfast which is OK. We used the hotel mini bus to get around or taxis which are very cheap. Good quality for money. I had a room with a view on the race course. The room was nice and clean but the bed not very comfortable (a bit hard). Breakfast was good!
All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has free The nearest subway station is a good 15 minutes walk and it is not easy either to get a taxi from the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus service, which I used to go around.

Very impressive service they have offered to me. I forgot my laptop which stores ALL my business correspondence and contacts in my incoming flight. The hotel staff does not only assist in calling the airline and locating my laptop, he also made sure my property was safely packed and delivered right to my hand on the same day I checked in.

If you are looking for luxury and posh hotel, go for Four Seasons or Ritz. But if you are looking for comfort with an affordable price, Cosmopolitan won’t let you down.

Staff and particularly concierge very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the MTR, (underground train system that connects the whole of Hong Kong, Lantau and Kowloon). Although the nearest station is a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast is very good.
