The reception stuuf is cooperating with Agencies which is oposite site of the customers. They allways say what they think you want to hear, and not what is truth - like "I will try", "I will do my best", "do not worry", "hopefully"... full of smaily polite words, but on the end they left you bear handed with full ears of excuses. Great location, very friendly staff, but not quite 4 stars facilities.

Very low water pressure in the bathroom (and I mean LOW) ;
Excellent dinner menu ;
Silly rules (longs pants and jacket) for dinner, and that happens in a small open restaurant with 8 tourists at the tables. If you go there, take a suite with you, otherwise you'll need a speciall permission in order to take dinner ;
