1st Floor not suitable for toddlers

We arrived and left after an less than ahour after finding our room was on the first floor with a three year old and nothing but 3 parallel bars between her and 10ft drop! Its probably fine for asults but I wouldn't risk it for a 3year old. Reception were helpful but unable to offer groundfloor accommodation for our party and so far have refused a refund.
