A lovely little surprise...

A very well run, small hotel where the staff did all they could to make sure you felt special. The hotel is a small complex, with plenty of free activities, a good beach and a swimming pool looking over the Indian Ocean. - Quiet and peaceful place
- Stylish buildings and rooms
- Small beach, no locals, larger beach nearby
Weak:
- Difficult and Expensive to get to Grand Baie at night (20 min Taxi, 15-20€ one way.)
- Really poor and Tasteless food. Neither fresh herbs nor spices. Only 3 main courses at the buffet (1xPasta, 1xmeat, 1xchicken)

This is a stylish little hotel and a good deal. It's unfortunately very much geared towards package tourists and as such loses some of the atmosphere it would have if it were a boutique hotel that could only be independently booked.

The hotel is distinguished by truly 5-star customer service and personal relationship to each guest. Excellent hotel - small scale and very personal approach.
Nice location - quiet, away from the more touristic bars and shops although within close distance if you want to go there.
