We booked a non-smoking room and on arrival were asked to sign a form promising we would not smoke (on pain of dire penalties), before being given a key to a stinking room, complete with ashtray.
We complained and were moved. The hotel staff then proceeded to give keys to our room to at least two other sets of guests. What price security? On ringing to check ... Read more »
