This was not a 5 star hotel. With some exceptions, staff not very pleasant. Service not that great, had to run after staff to get drinks, poolside service was terrible.
The daily buffet and breakfast was not very good, and felt that I spent more time getting my meal than sitting down and eating. Atmosphere of the restaurants not very intimate or inviting. ... Read more »

Hotel Grand Du Lagon up to standard

Generally a good 5 star hotel...Still a little too much on the French side for those of us who are survival speakers only. Menus could/should be in both languages, as should messages to customers.
Rooms very nice and room servicing each day quite efficient - though hard to get renewed toiletries!
