It would be difficult to find a complaint. The staff were very friendly and efficient.`The food was great and very accommodating. We want to return.

The beach chairs must be changed, too heavy... For the older people like us it was an impossible task to move.

Great resort with all wishes fulfilled. Real hot climate in January. Close to perfect service without any outstanding wishes. Just the kids club didn't want to take care of our 2 1/2 year old daughter, cause just 2 1/2. They offered a nunny for half price then. OK too. Overall a AAA+++ recommendable site. Thanks

Sometimes service appears a little weak, but most of the times service is brilliant.

We have stayed at Heritage before so we knew the hotel but this time we had an absolutely amazing room right on the beach. Look at the pictures, what a view!
Saturday night there was supposed to be a beach party because of Earth Hour but unfortunately the beach party was canceled because it started to rain at 7pm. Earth Hour was still respected with lots of lanterns and candles everywhere which was a really experience.
A few hiccups as far as service is concerned and the food wasn't great but overall a lovely eco-friendly weekend away!

Heritage is a relatively new hotel. It is located in the very South of Mauritius, in Bel Ombre, where up until 3 years ago there were no hotels at all. Deco in the rooms and everywhere is African.
The hotel has a magnificent spa where we enjoyed a massage for two which was excellent!
We also tried the golf course which is beautiful.
At the kids club they entertain your child and even put them to sleep for their afternoon nap which is great.
Great pool and nice beach with all watersports included in the package.
We didn't have all inclusive but you can book that as well and the all inclusive here even includes scuba diving and spa treatments!!
The food was ok. We wanted to try the fine dining restaurant which is on the golf course, the Chateau de Bel Ombre but we kept it until the last night and unfortunately it was closed that night.
