Nice hotel but with many minuses

We had our holidays 13-21 of November 2010
We always like to stay in small boutique hotels so we expected the certain level of Velassaru too.
Begin with pluses:
Very efficient receptions’
Nice rooms
Nice lounge area
Minuses:
Always staff around cleaning but its dirty anyway.
Beach towels are incredibly old and ugly
