I went there April last year, it was a wonderful place. everything was just good, the room, the service, the restaurant and there was different entertainment & show every night. the people over there is very friendly. i had a nice time over there.

We have stayed in this hotel three times and it got progressively worse each time, reaching the level at the last visit where we do not want to ever set foot in there. We used to like it for the nice beach and the nice rooms but after what happened in the last visit, we decided there are many more options on the island better than that. We called 3 weeks before the stay to book a room, and we were told there were no rooms available, so we had to book a suite for 50% more cost. When we arrived we saw the normal rooms were available, in fact half empty. We complained to the reception where they laughed and cheekily admitted the reservations lying to us. We asked for the manager who then came to our table and insulted me in front of our friends basically saying I would not be able to understand but this is how they work. On top of that the food was really disappointing. So we wrote a letter to the mnagement to complain and we still after 4 months got no reply or apology. Abd my husband s company used to hold conferences there and we were regulars too. I will never set foot there again. Rude managers do not go with a supposedly 5 star hotel. Also our friends came on that day and were immediately given a normal room when thet demanded one.
