The hotel is great, this was absolutely the best holiday we ever had. The hotel staff is very friendly. There is a large variety of food and the quality is very good. There were very good sport facilities and the spa was great, had 2 very nice massages. The hotel room is exquisite. We had a perfect honeymoon!!! The travel organization was also very good, everything was very well arranged and the two excursions were also very nice.

Indeed, we had 10 wonderful days at the SOFITEL Imperial Mauritius. The Hotel is beautifully located in a great garden with all these tropical plants.
Service was excellent and the personal outstanding friendly and helpfull. I can recommend to visit the Spa and the excellent equipped fitness area.The open architecture of the Hotel building and the big swimming pool created a very nice atmosphere.
The surrounding area with the mountains, beaches and reefs left an impression of a little paradise. Hotel and nature fit perfectly together.
We would like to come back.

My family and my brother's stayed in Sofitel Imperial from 27th dec 2007 to 4th of January 2008. It was a wonderful holiday. We booked with Mautourco, a local agency, and we were pleased to discover a perfect an professional service with them !!!

Hotel rooms are very comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom, and they all have a balcony overlooking gardens and seaside. Restaurants offer is really good (we were at the Ravinala buffet and at the beach restaurant)and new years dinner and party were superb! The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a long beach, perfect for our 7 children! Service is of hight quality as kindness in every part of the hotel!

children's club is not close to the main swimming pool and restaurant... but it's a small weakness

The Imperial Sofitel is quite a large hotel but still manages to look after its guests. We stayed with our 2 young children. Our ground floor room overlooking the beach was large & airy with lots of space for the children to run around in. The mini club was friendly with its own mini pool under a thatched canopy. The activities were perfect for our 4 year old. Meal times were stress free as the kitchen laid out an early dinner for the children which they could choose something from. The adult buffet in the main restaurant was varied & fresh. The pool was enormous & a little too deep for me! Not ideal for small children but great for grown ups! The beach was immaculate with stunning views across to Le Morne peninsula.
