Disappointing treatment

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort and Spa for 10 days in July 2006. It is a beautiful hotel spread out over a huge property with many walking paths, stairs and bridges. Kantenah Resort was very nice and clean. The service wasn't the greatest some nights we had to wait 2 hours to eat dinner when there was 8 open tables. I went during spring break so it was more busy. When my family wanted to go on a sailboat ride only 2 of the 9 sailboats were okay to ride. Read more »
