Dont wait for confirmation
Hello,
When you made a booking with us , you must wait a confirmation contract , means that the landlady is agree with the booking , but you did not wait for this contract and you went directly to the street asking where is this B&B .In the description says minimun stay 2 nights and you forced the booking with 1 night, thats why the owner did not expect you.

You Don't Get It
I didn't see the 2-night restriction, and I did receive a confirmation. If the website were properly designed, the restriction would've automatically prevented the reservation. But what you really don't get is that there is no excuse. Instead of rebutting my complaint with your justification, you should consider it an opportunity to improve your service.

"They went out of their way..."
This is a delightful old house in the Heart of the District of Brussels Flagey within walking distance of the Belgium Film Festival. The owner and her, out of the Derwent, their way to accommodate me, despite a mix-up by the booking agency.
