"Calm, peaceful, relaxed & with lots of nature"

We stayed at this wonderful place for 14 days & had a hard time leaving, since we enjoyed every minute we were there. It was very special & absolutely wonderful to be a guest at this laid-back "garden of Eden".
It´s a great colorful, very well looked after garden paradise smak bang on the beach.
It´s calm.
It´s peaceful.
It´s full of nature.
It´s as relaxed as you want it, once you started your annual holiday with a max. of 14 days.
The rooms are being looked after & cleaned every day ... the ladies are lovely, helpful & always open for a little chat.
Esp. Josette - she´s the heart of this place & of course - the owner.
She´s around when you need her or if you are planning an excursion on the island.
She has handy tips, where to go, whom to call (she usually does that for you:-)), how & where to save money etc... Plus she´s a very special & pleasant host at any time.
The premises are on the south-western side of Mauritius - for us probably the nicest part of the island, because of the fact - that´s where you find most of the nature.
That´s how Mauritius used to be before the tourism started to boom, we were told by our dive guide.
We have to say that the beach right from the "Les Lataniers Bleus" garden belongs to the most private & nicest ones we have visited and seen during our stay.
The ladies offer you lunch & dinner, that you can be part of as long you like to, since it´s not a must.
You decide every morning yourself.
It´s always a perfectly cooked, nicely arranged & tasteful meal made by a local that knows the "Mauritian creole cuisine" from her own home.
Anyways, much better than any other restaurant we´ve been to - esp. price in comparison to what you get.
If 20h00-21h00 is not too late for your dinner time, then you shouldn´t miss it !
After long days out, scuba diving, hiking, sightseeing etc. starting at 06h00-07h00 in the morning we missed it many times, since we were already sleeping & too knackered :-)

We both would give it 10 out of 10 possible stars ! *****
