We love Holiday Inn so much, that my parents bought a timeshare there 2 years ago. We visit each year, the last time I went was at Easter. The staff are friendly, the hotel is lovely (especially the pool), the rooms are clean and well maintained and it's right on the beach. If you want a relaxing holiday, it's perfect, but it's also good for a more adventurous holiday, with many good sightseeing trips a short taxi ride away (or if your feeling very adventurous, a local bus trip away!) The hotel's facilities are very good too, with a large selection of restaurants and bars, including a chinese restaurant and a pool side bar. My personal favourite restaurant is 'The Fisherman's Wharf' which is owned by the hotel, but a short 5 minutes walk down the road. It's on the riverside, and it's wonderful to see all the fishing boats come in from the sea and if you come early enough, you can see the sun setting over the ocean.
