"Brilliant Budapest!"

We stayed in the Hotel Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix in 2005. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were decent sizes, very clean and comfortable,great views from the huge windows, everything in working order,and the buffet breakfast that was included in the price was way above the average breakfast that you often receive.

The hotel is very well maintained with various facilities including a coffee shop and a restaurant, internet access and a small gift shop.

The location is fairly central with tram stops outside and a metro station about a five minute walk away. The cogwheel railway is opposite the hotel which takes you up in to the Buda Hills.

I would highly recommend this hotel, I think it is fantastic value for money and would certainly stay there again for my next trip to Budapest.
