I have been staying at this hotel every year for almost 7 years now, It used to be great but it's getting worse every year, they seem to have had enough and they are not interested at all in satisfying their guests anymore.

My last visit in March 2009 was a big disappointment, nothing works as it should, the towels are dirty, the rooms are messy, the TV has 4 or 5 channels, the showers are broken, the beds are noisy, the food is 2 stars maximum althoughy you pay for 5 stars.

the worst thing is that whenever you complain about anything, you just get worse treatment.

It's a pitty that this hotel which have may be the best design in sharm Al-Sheikh and a lot of potentials is getting that ugly just because of poor management.

I heard from some of the employees there that the turkish manager who is in charge of the hotel now is the responsible for what the hotel has reached in the past few months, he treats all employees in a way that made them stop doing their job as I they should.

I hope Pyramisa will recognize that soon and do something about it so that the hotel will return as it has always been.
