the entire hotel is completly magnificant and the staff are so lovely and friendly and it is considered one of the best spots we have encountered so far except one thing that makes me bit astonished regarding the guest relation gurl who is called nina she is very impolite and vulgar and i do believe that she is one of the worst cattegory in germany and she came to egypt just to brag with her german lang i think its common decency to dismiss her and that boring corny guy names zaka or sumthing i think hes not worthy of workin in the reception and he should be isolated away from the guest cuz he doesnt know nothing about the customer service iam coming next year and i don wanna see noone of them there

"great Value for money "
this Hotel is located in the marina area of El Gouna on the red Sea. The food was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. great for watersports and relaxing sunbaving on the private beach or at the lovely pools. I especially liked the lengths at which the staff were willing to go to help us and enjoyed the towel sculptures which awaited us whenever our rooms were cleaned - mostbeautiful!.
The Pros
Beautiful Area
Beautiful Hotel
Nice food
Quiet
The Cons
Trip to Cairo is quite long and not suited for children though i believe you can now fly for a day trip which would be better
