Mumbai experience

Hotel situated in a nice area, with main amenities and reasonable service. However, furniture definitely needs renovation and lots of noise at night. Restaurant food OK.

Mountain Lodge

it was a nice experience at the foot of the mountain, with greenries around and a nice room including personal jacuzzi and tv room. the food was good and level of service - room for imrpovement. could organise shuttle service to town as and when needed. worth visiting the national park nearby. good experience overall.

Shenzen discovery

Overall the experience was fine, except that the area is quite polluted, even early morning. The hotel was fine, except that breakfast was served in the building next to it. staff had little knowledge of english, though we managed through signs. breakfast was quite varied. rooms and furniture need some renovation.

Not value for money

The appearance of the hotel on the web seems nice, but different when you go there. service is not good and same food served. There was even a cat who visited us in the restaurant while we were having dinner!!!!!Only satisfaction was that it was located far from the rush of the city and was in peaceful area.Definitely not value for money given the level of service.

Military experience

My expectations were great, but was disappointed. same food everyday, overly protective security guards, rigid discipline, small rooms, the stay proved to be longer than what it meant to be. no night life at all, was quite boring.

Trip to Joburg

Travel time was about 25 mins to the hotel. It was situated in quite a remote area of Joburg. However, the staff were nice and courteous. The yard had a small lake with ducks around. The food was good though not much variety. Rooms were part of separate chalets. But no activities were organised, and had to do all outings on my own.

Thai Hospitality

It was my second visit to Bangkok after 20 years. I stayed at the same hotel, but it had been completely renovated with original designs. only problem is that pollution had increased and traffic congestion has risen fourfold. However, breakfast was of a wide variety and excellent thai food. Taxis were readily available. expensive hotel.

Good experience

The hotel was well situated in the centre in a shopping complex with fast foods and restaurants around. easily accessible and good food available. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms well laid out with hot water. also offered tours in the vicinity. Good experience.

Not to be recommended at all

Well well ....i beleive this has been my worst experience staying at a hotel. I've been to coco beach two times before, but I must say things have deteriorated a lot since. the food variety was very limited at the buffet, and waiters before even greeting us, rushed to force up to take expensive wines!!!! rooms badly need repairs. bad expereince overall.

Land of the safari

Heading towards the hotel, I had only safari in my mind, but there was so much to see around that I finally postponed the safari for next time. Hotel was good with good service. only thing was that furniture needed some upgrading. Variety of food was available at breakfast, i.e provision for continental/ american breakfast. Location excellent.(I stayed there in 2003)
